The first time I visited ATS Digital at first glance I thought the site isn't open yet. Turns out it is, and it is one of the best designed music download sites I've seen. Track listings, label listings, track infos, everything is cleanly laid out and it is extremely easy to find what you're looking for.
Downloads are in MP3 format and you can choose from three quality/price options:

On top of competitive pricing and great design, ATS Digital offers full length streaming previews in 64 Kbps mono MP3 format. A long list of labels to choose from, this site is definitely worth checking out.
ATS Digital is the music download site of Above The Sky online record store and label. All in all, a very user friendly site among many download sites that too often resort to technical gimmicks. A strange decision though is to only allow users to browse by genre on the front page.
