3 Beat sells MP3s from about 20 labels, mostly house and progressive if I'm not mistaken. The files are available in two differently priced formats:

The 1 minute previews are streamed in very high quality RealAudio format (≈180 Kbps).
The site is laid out clearly enough, although the navigation could do some reworking and personally I would prefer a design that guides the eye more to the important parts of the layout. Help on registration, download formats and answers to newcomer questions are easy to find. I liked the fact that users have three attempts to download the bought files in case a connection failure would occur during downloading.
3 Beat Digital is the online presence for the 3 Beat Records record shop in Liverpool, UK. They've apparently been selected the Record Shop of the Year by Music Week, although I have no idea what year that was...
