Why is it always about “more” 19:59 on Tuesday
When I recently canceled my account with TSheets, the question I got in response was:
What was it that you were looking for that TSheets didn’t have?
Maybe it was just an incidental way of paraphrasing the question. Nevertheless, it signals a mindset of more is better. It’s a mindset that leads to featuritis.
