Repetition is a necessary, but sometimes boring part of learning. So how do you make sure you’re repeating and learning, not just repeating?
Knowing this secret could mean lots for motivating efficiency obsessed people (myself included).
A side thought: In my experience people obsessed with efficiency are rarely the most efficient people. I guess it takes too much time and mental bandwidth to be thinking about improving processes all the time.
