Highrise, the latest product of 37 Signals launches. Now what? I fail to feel excited — bad sign.

I think it’s not designed for us. I showed it to the CEO of a sales company, and he was very interested–they usually pay a lot more for customer and case management software, and it’s often so difficult to use that most of the fancy expensive features never get used.

That’s true. Somehow I thought it was another product for the small companies. I guess I failed to realize my company is tiny not small, and that 37Signals have quite a lot of sales and PR to do nowadays. They’re building these products for themselves after all, right?
