Do without electricity for a while, chop some wood and start a fire, fish and eat what you caught, and maybe introduce a no cell rule as well, or only turn it on when you need to call out or check messages. If you don't touch base with basic real skills every now and then you'll be dead in the water whenever your batteries run out.&lt;/p&gt;
