Celestial Jukebox, StreamPad and Amy Winehouse 23:27 on Thursday

Today I found two excellent blogs that track the inevitable (I hope!) progress towards celestial jukebox:

The first thing on those blogs I see is StreamPad. It’s a music player that lives in the browser and it scours the web for any music you search for.

I searched for Amy Winehouse, an artist I found this morning, thanks to Radio Helsinki — radio is not dead! For as long as I’ve been into Motown music I’ve wondered how no one can come up with a sound that is at the same time retro and modern. And Amy Winehouse has that sound.

Tomorrow we’ll return to regular programming of UIs, web 2.0 and whining!
