Sticky Wisdom 23:24 on Thursday

Sticky Wisdom (buy at Amazon.com or Amazon.co.uk) is a book about creativity and innovation. After the first few pages these pieces of wisdom have stuck with me:
Most people in business accept that innovation and creativity is ‘important’, but it’s rarely classified as ‘urgent’.
…there isn’t a ‘right time’ [for creativity].
The writers separate creativity by defining innovation as an useful product of creative acts:
Creativity is behaviour, innovation is a process.
And the most creative people set time aside for creating, being creative, they say. The pros can schedule creativity.
Food for thought.
