Word of mouth marketing 21:16 on Saturday
Having thought a lot about how to best spread the word about Softys, I’m happy to see somebody is actually taking word of mouth marketing tactics seriously. Who’s my 1%?

It may take some time to find your 1% - but when you do make sure you do everything in your power to spoil them.
If you do, they’ll pay you back in spades.
