Expectations and user experiences 19:16 on Thursday
I intentionally left out expectations from my UX diagram, although attractivity is pretty closely linked to expectations. So… I’m happy to find a good post on expectations, although the parallels to user experience you’ll need to draw in your head (it’s not difficult).
