Check out Christian Lindholm’s point 4 on mobile music. There’s a good snippet pointing out the dangers of pre-defined guidelines overruling the obvious solution. Christian is one of the smartest guys I’ve had the opportunity to sit in a meeting with. I think the efforts of our team bored him though. ;)
